Request the public key or S/MIME certificate of Commerzbank as follows:

1. Enter your email address.
2. Enter the Commerzbank mail address from which you wish to receive certificates/keys.
3. Click on “Request key/certificate”.
4. If the keys are found, they will be sent to you by email.

Note: Requesting a key may sometimes redirect you to a login page. If that happens, just go back and request it again which should work then.
